We hear a news that a new Windows Phone 7 cell phone will be exposed by HTC code name HTC Spark, the cell phone uses a 1GHz processor Qualcomm snapdragon, a 3.7-inch WVGA touchscreen display, a 5 megapixels camera, 512MB ROM and 512MB RAM. The HTC Spark will running Windows Phone 7 system, but now about this smartphone’s time to market and price is unknown.
